Born in Iowa and moved to Arizona in 1993, Tony started his career in the Environmental Industry in 1998, working for a Dust and Erosion Control Company. From 1998 to 2004, Tony worked primarily on the construction side of stormwater, specializing in Best Management Practice (BMP) development, installation, and maintenance. In 2004, Tony was recruited and hired by the Nation\u2019s Largest Stormwater Compliance Engineering and Consulting firm, where he was given the prestigious \u201cLeadership\u201d award for being the top Consultant in the nation. In July of 2007, Tony started Eros Environmental, LLC., which has become Nevada’s leading and largest environmental compliance company. In November of 2022, Tony purchased Argus Construction Services in Phoenix. Tony joined the International Erosion Control Association (IECA) in 1998 and began gaining education on all Sediment & Erosion Control aspects. Tony has logged over 500 educational hours through various organizations and has trained thousands of students. In May of 2006, Tony earned his Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC) certification. Tony has been featured in local and national publications and has sat on several local and national committees regarding stormwater. In his free time, Tony enjoys concerts, sporting events, traveling, spending time with friends and family and occasionally a fine cigar.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

MICHAEL MING

Born in California and relocated to Arizona in 1971, Michael spent four years in the United States Navy before earning a degree in Architecture while attending Arizona State University.\u00a0 Michael has held positions in the construction industry for more than 40 years. His diverse work experience began in heavy highway construction where he worked his way up to Project Manager on several Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) projects. Michael then moved into commercial and residential construction where he grew to become the Operations Manager for one of the valley\u2019s largest general contractors. Michael founded Argus Construction Services in 2005 and it has since become one of the leading environmental service companies in Arizona.\u00a0 In his free time, Michael enjoys baseball, traveling, and spending time with good friends.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>

ROBYN BENNETT

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Robyn grew up in an excavation and construction family. She earned a master\u2019s degree in psychology from Central Washington University and built a career in crisis intervention and child abuse prevention, working for a large non-profit in Seattle for many years.  Robyn moved to Arizona in 2005 and spent many years working in the field of special education.  Joining the Argus team as an administrator in 2014, Robyn is currently the Regional Vice President of the Arizona division.  In her free time, Robyn enjoys spending time with her family, pursuing creative interests, and visiting her home state of Washington.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Shelli brings a strong background\nin Banking, Customer Service, Real Estate, and Family Management to Eros\nEnvironmental. As Vice President, Shelli is responsible for the overall\nAdministrative Operations, as well as Executive Support. Shelli is the behind-the-scenes\nbrains behind Eros Environmental. Shelli was also instrumental with the start-up\nand management of Eros Environmental\u2019s Charitable Affairs Division. This has\nbecome a passion for Shelli, as she Serves our community.  Shelli’s\nServant Heart is  what drives her in her\npersonal, as well as professional life. Shelli lives to give and touches most\npeople’s hearts that she meets. AMANDA EARNSHAW

Amanda is a 5th<\/span>\u00a0generation Arizonian and enjoys the dry hot desert. Most of her life has been surrounded by aircraft and aviation. Growing up, her father would take her and her brothers around the state, dismantling\u00a0and hauling all sorts of small aircraft. For 13 years, Amanda traveled the country running her very own aircraft salvage business, and building a presence internationally.\u00a0 She enjoyed it immensely. In the years she ran her own business, Amanda filled her free time with traveling and attending her daughter\u2019s softball games, FFA events, school plays, running their girl scout meetings and PTA meetings. For 20 years, Amanda always had a foot in the construction industry and decided to put both feet in in 2022 and officially made the\u00a0switch from aviation to construction. Originally from Amarillo, Texas, Nathan has been a resident of Arizona for 25 years and is a seasoned construction professional with over 30 years of experience.\u00a0 Nathan holds an associate\u2019s degree in occupational safety and health which has provided him with a solid foundation in the principles of safety and health management. Nathan is currently completing his bachelor\u2019s degree in occupational safety and health with a concentration in energy and land management. Nathan has a passion for fitness and wellness which drives his commitment to promoting a healthy and safe work environment for all individuals. After graduating, Ben\nspent five years in California working with the United States Forest Service,\nfocusing on mine rehabilitation and environmental surveying work that\nstrengthened his commitment to environmental stewardship and responsible land\nmanagement.<\/o:p><\/p>
