Born in Iowa and moved to Arizona in 1993, Tony started his career in the Environmental Industry in 1998, working for a Dust and Erosion Control Company. From 1998 to 2004, Tony worked primarily on the construction side of stormwater, specializing in Best Management Practice (BMP) development, installation, and maintenance. In 2004, Tony was recruited and hired by the Nation’s Largest Stormwater Compliance Engineering and Consulting firm, where he was given the prestigious “Leadership” award for being the top Consultant in the nation. In July of 2007, Tony started Eros Environmental, LLC., which has become Nevada’s leading and largest environmental compliance company. In November of 2022, Tony purchased Argus Construction Services in Phoenix. Tony joined the International Erosion Control Association (IECA) in 1998 and began gaining education on all Sediment & Erosion Control aspects. Tony has logged over 500 educational hours through various organizations and has trained thousands of students. In May of 2006, Tony earned his Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC) certification. Tony has been featured in local and national publications and has sat on several local and national committees regarding stormwater. In his free time, Tony enjoys concerts, sporting events, traveling, spending time with friends and family and occasionally a fine cigar.
Shelli brings a strong background in Banking, Customer Service, Real Estate, and Family Management to Eros Environmental. As Vice President, Shelli is responsible for the overall Administrative Operations, as well as Executive Support. Shelli is the behind the scenes brains behind Eros Environmental. Shelli was also instrumental with the start up and management of Eros Environmental’s Charitable Affairs Division. This has become a passion for Shelli, as she Serves our Community.
Shelli’s Servant Heart is was drives her in her personal, as well as professional life. Shelli lives to give and touches most people’s hearts that she meets. Shelli’s heart, integrity, and passion for people have been tremendous assets for Eros Environmental.

Born into a military family and raised in Las Vegas, Chris joined Eros Environmental in 2012 with a robust
foundation in construction. Chris started out as a Dust Monitor on a 235-mile, 500 KV Transmission Line
project. Chris was then promoted to Project Manager on a 2000-acre master-planned community. Chris was
responsible for the Dust Monitoring, Inspections, & BMP Installation & maintenance. During his tenure as a
Project Manager, Chris underwent cross-training in the development of SWPPP BMP Plans. Displaying
remarkable proficiency, Chris swiftly progressed and received training in composing SWPPPs. Chris has been
recognized by many clients for his extreme attention to detail in his work. Fueled by his innate competitive
spirit, he perpetually strives for excellence, which resulted in his promotion to Divisional Manager of SWPPPs
and Permitting in 2016. Since then, he has played a pivotal role in the production of over 1000 SWPPPs, which
is a testament to his commitment and expertise. In 2019, Chris was promoted to Vice President and is
responsible for the overall management of over 40 employees, ensuring our services consistently surpasses
our client’s expectations. In Chris’ free time, he enjoys culinary arts, camping, traveling, movies, fishing,
hockey (Go Knights Go!), and spending time with friends and family.
Born in California and moved to Las Vegas in 2009. David joined Eros Environmental in 2019, with a strong
history in BMP Installations, Maintenance, Street Sweeping, and Dust Control. David was hired to strengthen
our BMP Installation and Maintenance division, with his ability to provide an unmatched response to
environmental needs. Due to his extensive knowledge of construction and operating equipment, David is the
go-to person for everything operations, including Street Sweeping, Water Truck services, and BMP installation
& maintenance. David is a people person and has a strong desire to get to know his employees, clients, and
colleagues so that he can better serve them. His desire to solve our client’s most demanding environmental
needs has truly been an asset to Eros Environmental. In David’s free time, he enjoys riding his motorcycle,
restoring old cars, spending time with family and friends, and going to Raiders games.

Born in California and raised in Phoenix and Las Vegas, Karina was raised in an Environmental Compliance
family. Karina began working for Eros Environmental in 2016 while she was studying to be a Medical Assistant
and X-ray Technician. Karina started out as an Administrative Assistant. After graduating and working in the
medical field for about a year, Karina decided that she enjoyed the culture and flexibility of working for Eros
Environmental and came back in 2017. Karina is currently responsible for the SWPPP and permitting side of
our services, and administrative support for the President, VP, and management. In Karina’s free time, she
enjoys camping, traveling, watching her son play soccer, and spending time with family.
Richard was born in Phoenix and moved to Las Vegas while in high school. Richard came to Eros Environmental
in 2012 with an Environmental background. Richard was hired as a Project Manager for a Master-Planned
community. Richard was responsible for the Dust Monitoring, SWPPP Inspections, and BMP Installation &
maintenance. When that project was completed, Richard moved around from BMP Install & Maintenance to
Inspections and Monitoring. Richard has always been a team player and willing to help out wherever the
company needs him. In 2016, Richard was promoted to Division Manager of Inspections & Monitoring.
Richard's attention to detail, desire to improve himself and others, and ability to handle adversity with a calm
demeanor have helped him manage our largest division. Richard enjoys serving our clients and employees. His
ability to be pulled in several directions and put out fires daily with a smile on his face is an inspiration to
others and an asset to Eros Environmental. In Richard’s free time, he enjoys bowling, baseball (Go Cubs!),
camping, and spending time with friends & family.

Born in Utah and raised in California, Jeremy moved to Henderson in 1994 and finished high school. He moved
to New York after high school to serve a church mission. After coming home, Jeremy moved to Salt Lake City
to attend college at the University of Utah. Afterward, he moved back to Las Vegas and started working for a
homebuilder in Customer Service. He quickly realized he wanted to do something different in the construction
world and transferred to the land division, developing land for homes to be built. He quickly found a love for
taking a raw piece of land and transforming it into a community. Jeremy then went to work with a stormwater
company, heading up their sales and operations. During the recession, Jeremy began working in the
automotive industry in many capacities, from sales to service and management. He brings the team over 20
years of sales and customer service experience. Jeremy enjoys spending time on the golf course, fishing,
camping, and playing competitive corn hole in his free time. He also enjoys spending time with his family and
having friends over for barbecues and game nights.
